Subscription Plans
Choose MorningHello for yourself or pay for someone you care about.
Start with a simple “I’m OK” check-in and a unique daily postcard. Choose a personal subscription for your own use, or a sponsored subscription so a loved one can use MorningHello on their own iPhone.

What Is Included
Every subscription plan includes:
-
regular “I’m OK” check-ins;
-
a choice of 24, 48, or 72 hours between check-ins;
-
server-based monitoring, even when the App is closed;
-
notifications to confirmed Emergency Contacts if a check-in is missed;
-
server-confirmed check-in status;
-
a countdown to the next check-in;
-
a new daily postcard with a kind message;
-
a collection of seasonal, holiday, and themed postcards;
-
the option to add a personal message to a postcard;
-
the ability to share postcards through compatible apps installed on the iPhone;
-
daily emotional check-ins;
-
a 7-day or 30-day emotional history;
-
supportive wellbeing tips for anxious moments;
-
a guided Box Breathing exercise.
All three plans provide the same set of features.

Free Introductory Offer
Apple may provide a free introductory period for certain Users and subscription plans.
If an introductory offer is available, the App Store will display its duration and terms before the subscription is confirmed.
Eligibility is determined by Apple and may depend on the User’s Apple Account and previous subscription history. MorningHello cannot guarantee that the offer will be available to every User.
If no free introductory period is offered, Apple will display the amount to be charged when the subscription is purchased.

Automatic Renewal
All plans are auto-renewable subscriptions.
Payment is charged to the subscription holder’s Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled in the Apple Account subscription settings before the next renewal date.
After cancellation, MorningHello remains available until the end of the already paid or free subscription period.
Managing Your Subscription
Subscription purchases, charges, automatic renewals, plan changes, cancellations, and refunds are processed by Apple.
You can manage your subscription on your iPhone:
Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → MorningHello
Deleting MorningHello from the iPhone does not cancel the Apple subscription.
Stopping server monitoring within MorningHello also does not cancel the Apple subscription. The subscription must be canceled separately in the Apple Account settings.
If There Is a Payment Problem
If Apple is unable to renew the subscription, access to paid features and server monitoring may be restricted according to the subscription status provided by Apple.
If the subscription is no longer active:
-
the “I’m OK” button becomes unavailable;
-
server monitoring stops;
-
alert notifications are no longer sent;
-
postcards and other subscription features become unavailable;
-
active Emergency Contacts may receive a service message stating that monitoring has stopped.
If payment is restored successfully at a later time, access may resume. A new monitoring interval begins only after the next “I’m OK” check-in has been transmitted successfully.

Sponsored Plans: A Simple Way to Care
A sponsored subscription lets you pay for MorningHello for a parent or another loved one. You prepare their profile and send them a personal invitation. They activate access on their own iPhone and use the app independently.
Your loved one makes their own “I’m OK” check-ins. Paying for their subscription does not automatically make you a trusted contact. To receive missed check-in alerts, you need to be added as a trusted contact and confirm your consent.
Monthly Sponsored Plan
Pay for one month of MorningHello for one loved one. The subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled.
Three-Month Sponsored Plan
Pay for three months of MorningHello for one loved one. The subscription renews automatically every three months unless canceled.
Annual Sponsored Plan
Pay for one year of MorningHello for one loved one. The subscription renews automatically each year unless canceled.

What Is a Beneficiary Profile?
The beneficiary is the person who will use the subscription you pay for.
Their profile lets you prepare important settings in advance: personal details, app language, a check-in interval of 24, 48 or 72 hours, and up to two trusted contacts.
You can also prepare holiday preferences, pet care information and reminders to stay connected.
For someone new to MorningHello, the invitation helps transfer the information you prepared into their app. If they already use MorningHello, accepting sponsored access keeps their existing settings and information.
Trusted contacts still need to confirm their consent before they can receive alerts.
How to Set Up a Sponsored Subscription
-
Choose to pay for a loved one.
Open MorningHello on your iPhone and select the sponsorship option. -
Prepare their profile.
Enter their details and check the settings together whenever possible. -
Choose a sponsored plan.
Confirm the purchase through the App Store using your own Apple Account. -
Send the personal invitation.
Share the invitation link with your loved one through WhatsApp, email or another messaging app. -
Activate access on their iPhone.
Your loved one installs MorningHello, then opens the personal invitation link. If the link does not open the app, they can choose the invitation option in MorningHello and paste the full link. -
Check the setup and make the first check-in.
Your loved one reviews their information and makes sure their trusted contacts have confirmed consent. They then tap “I’m OK” themselves. Only a successful check-in starts a new monitoring interval.
The App Store Link and the Invitation Link Are Different
The App Store link installs MorningHello. The personal invitation link connects your loved one to the subscription you purchased.
If MorningHello is not installed yet, keep the invitation message. After installation, return to the message and open the personal link again.
Share the invitation only with the intended recipient. If the app says the invitation has expired or cannot be accepted, check its status in the sponsor’s app before trying again.
Do the features differ between plans?
Personal monthly, three-month and annual plans include the same app features. Standard sponsored plans provide those features to the person whose subscription you pay for. The billing period differs. Any setup assistance included in a separate plan is described in that plan’s terms.
Does my loved one need to buy another subscription?
No. Once the personal invitation is accepted and sponsored access is active, your loved one can use MorningHello without purchasing a separate personal subscription.
Can I check in on behalf of my loved one?
Your loved one needs to tap “I’m OK” on their own iPhone. Purchasing a plan, preparing a profile or accepting an invitation does not count as a check-in.
Do I automatically receive alerts as the sponsor?
No. Sponsorship and trusted contact consent are separate. To receive alerts, you must be added as a trusted contact and confirm that you agree to receive them.
Who manages a sponsored subscription?
The sponsor manages payment and renewal through the Apple Account used for the purchase. The beneficiary uses MorningHello on their own iPhone.
What happens to monitoring after cancellation?
Turning off automatic renewal does not stop monitoring immediately. Monitoring continues until the current access period ends.
After the subscription expires, server monitoring and alert notifications stop.
Does deleting the App cancel the subscription?
No. Removing the App from the iPhone does not cancel the Apple subscription.
The subscription must be canceled separately in the Apple Account settings.
Is MorningHello an emergency service?
No. MorningHello is not a medical, rescue, security, or emergency service.
The App does not guarantee delivery of every notification if there is no internet connection, a technical failure occurs, or a third-party service is unavailable. If there is an immediate threat to life, health, or safety, contact the appropriate local emergency services.
