MorningHello support is provided personally by the people who create and develop the app.
About MorningHello
MorningHello is an iPhone app that helps people stay gently connected with loved ones without daily calls or continuous location tracking.
The user regularly opens the app and completes an “I’m OK” check-in. If the server does not receive a new check-in within the selected period of 24, 48, or 72 hours, MorningHello may notify confirmed emergency contacts by email and WhatsApp.
MorningHello also includes:

daily postcards with warm messages;
-
personalised greetings and birthday postcards;

emotional check-ins and mood history;
-
practical suggestions based on the selected emotional state;

a guided box-breathing exercise;
-
the ability to share a postcard through compatible apps installed on the iPhone.
MorningHello does not continuously track the user’s location and is not a medical, emergency, rescue, or monitoring service.

Annual Access for a Loved One with Setup Support

This plan includes one year of full MorningHello access for one loved one and one personal setup session of up to 30 minutes via Zoom or Google Meet.

During the session, we can help your loved one:

install and open MorningHello;
-
complete the initial app setup;
-
set up their profile;
-
add one or two emergency contacts;
-
select a check-in interval;
-
complete the first check-in;
-
understand the monitoring status and countdown;
-
learn how to use postcards, emotional check-ins, mood history, and box breathing.

The personal setup session is included in the plan at no additional charge. It is not sold separately, is optional, and does not affect activation of the subscription. App access becomes available after the subscription purchase has been completed successfully.

The person paying for the plan does not receive access to the recipient’s personal information, check-in history, emotional check-ins, or other private app data.

After purchasing the plan, contact MorningHello support to arrange a convenient time for the session.

MorningHello is a family business
MorningHello was created by Oxana Krylova from a personal need to maintain a calm and caring connection with loved ones who live separately.
Oxana works on the product together with her husband, Grigory, an experienced software developer. MorningHello is a small family-run digital product, so support requests are reviewed personally rather than handled by an anonymous call centre.

Before sending a screenshot, please make sure it does not display passwords, verification codes, payment information, or other sensitive data.
Legal information
MorningHello is not an emergency, medical, or rescue service. It does not determine a person’s health, location, or safety and does not automatically contact the police, an ambulance, or another emergency service.
If you believe that someone may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service directly.
